We cater to Pediatrics, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology clients. Our team has extensive experience in nursing triage and currently provides after hours triage for 800+ providers in thirteen states.

PRN is not, nor do we try to be, a substitute for our physicians. We have 24 hour access to them and any scenario requiring their attention will be forwarded immediately. Patients will never be denied the chance to speak with their Doctor, or the Doctor on-call, if they feel it is necessary. However, we are highly trained and experienced and typically resolve as much as 98% of after office hour calls. We strive to maintain a very high degree of patient satisfaction. We follow nationally proven protocols written by Dr. Barton Schmitt and Dr. Thompson. We then refer to the specific MD’s addendum's and  standing orders to assure patients are being given the advice that their provider has approved. A detailed report of each call is immediately faxed to the practice following the call and education sheets can be emailed to the patients by our nurses.  We maintain strict HIPAA compliance.

In the event you need additional hours covered, such as holidays, inclement weather, or an office staff meeting, just let us know and we can cover this for $5.00 per hour/per full time provider.
